Victory Springs has confirmed legal access to the property through Tall Tree Drive. The road’s public status was determined through the Missouri court system, and the related access litigation has concluded.
The legal status of Victory Springs has been fully clarified through a series of normal and common public hearings through Taney County Planning and Zoning and then ultimately court rulings and a final settlement agreement, providing a clear and enforceable foundation for development. This de-risk strategy was a contribution by the general partners before any investment offering. This signifies both class and a steadfast resolve by the developers. Public records are available.
During the early stages of the project, a dispute arose regarding access via a roadway leading to the property. This issue was addressed through the Missouri court system over an extended period.
The Court ultimately determined that the roadway is a public road in its entirety, with a long history of public use. This ruling confirmed that access to the property cannot be restricted.

The ruling was affirmed through subsequent legal orders
All related claims were dismissed with prejudice
